Boosting Your Immune System
It is that time of year, time to do everything you can to boost your immune system to avoid all of the nasty bugs that are out there. No one wants the coughs, runny nose, fever, chills, body aches and all of the other symptoms that can be a part of the cold and flu season. Viruses thrive this time of year, and why not take some steps to prevent them. You can feel more confident being out in the world when you know you have protected yourself. As one of my patients said last year, I just want to feel like I’ve taken all the precautions and proactive steps that I can to have a fun fall and holiday season.
