Crystal is an accomplished Reiki Master. She received her certification in 2007 in the Traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Healing Method.
She has since been practicing in various yoga studios, at yoga retreats, offering at home sessions as well as distance healing sessions and animal Reiki sessions.
Crystal is currently the front office manager at Back to Balance. She moved to the Roaring Fork Valley from South Carolina to be closer to her young adult children.
