Spring into action!
Spring is here! I know while for some it may not feel like it yet but look outside; trees and plants are starting to bud and bloom, birds are chirping again and making nests and nature is preparing for the summer months ahead. Are you? For many people winter is when we eat more comfort foods, move less and often gain a few pounds over the winter months.
